Rowan-Salisbury Schools will focus on three specific areas to ensure all learners are engaged.  The Rowan Salisbury learner will master fundamental standards in English, math, science, and social studies, set goals based on their unique smartness, career aspirations, and personal passions, and develop skills for interacting with other people in order to thrive as a productive employee and citizen.  Each focus area will have a set of accountability measures set by Rowan Salisbury Schools.

By 2027, improve operational efficiency with a specific focus on facilities and energy.

    * Develop a ten-year comprehensive plan for building utilization.

    * Develop a long-term strategy to increase energy efficiency.

By 2027, all classrooms will have new or updated ventilation systems to provide fresh air capability for student and staff wellness.
