The China Grove Middle School Booster Club supports all student athletes, coaches and parents. Membership is open to any parent/guardian of a student attending CGMS, CGMS staff members and CGMS students.

The CGMS Booster Club Athletic Passes are $25 for an Individual Pass or $80 for a Family Pass. Family passes are for all individuals living at the same residence. These passes allow access to all HOME games for the academic year with the exception of tournament games or staff games. Please make checks payable to CGMS Booster Club. Complete this form and return with payment to your child's homeroom or it may be given to the main office, anyone who is taking up tickets at home games, or to any board member.

In order for Booster Club to be effective and provide the best support for our student athletes, coaches and staff, we need members to volunteer their time and talents. Areas of particular help include:

• Serving on the Booster Club board and sharing ideas and input
• Assisting with concession stand operations during sporting events at CGMS
