Help Desk Information

If you are running into issues with technology at home, your first line of defense is to contact your school.  We have Technology Facilitators at each school to help with any technology issues that may arise. 

Tech Support Request

If you need support, you may request it by contacting our Help Desk line.  We will submit a ticket on behalf of your student so we can get it handled as quickly as possible.  

Device Information

At RSS, we are committed to enhancing student learning through technology. We provide iPads to all students from Kindergarten to 12th grade, with students in grades 9-12 receiving additional keyboard cases for their devices. Each student is equipped with an iPad 9th Generation, a charger block, a lightning cable, and a protective case to support their educational journey. We emphasize the importance of proper care and responsibility for these devices to ensure they remain in good condition and serve as valuable learning tools.

Software and Applications
